Dr. Marisa Dailey is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon whose practice philosophy is shaped by advanced surgical training, trauma experience, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. She brings technical precision, sound judgment, and a calm presence to all her patients. As one of the relatively few female oral and maxillofacial surgeons practicing in the region, Dr. Dailey brings a perspective that many patients find approachable and reassuring.
Training Where Surgical Excellence Is Earned
Dr. Dailey earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry before completing her advanced oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Lincoln Medical Center, a high-volume Level I Trauma Center. She gained extensive experience managing complex facial trauma, reconstructions, and surgical emergencies requiring immediate intervention.
Serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Dailey oversaw the care of patients requiring highly specialized surgical interventions with seamless multidisciplinary coordination. The position required the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining an unwavering focus on patient outcomes. While most patients visiting The Dailey Center will never face these types of injuries, they benefit from the level of experience and confidence developed through managing them.

Outside of her work, Dr. Dailey is a dedicated mother and lifelong learner. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children, taking professional courses, playing tennis, and traveling.
