Oral & Maxillofacial Treatment That Supports Your Life, Not Just Your Health

At The Dailey Center, every service is guided by one question: what does this patient truly need? Whether you are addressing pain, planning for tooth replacement, restoring function, or pursuing regenerative care, our goal is to deliver treatment that supports your oral health, confidence, and quality of life.

Restorative Implant
Solutions

Missing teeth can affect chewing ability, speech, facial structure, confidence, and long-term oral health. Dental implants can help patients eat comfortably, speak naturally, preserve bone structure, and enjoy the confidence that comes with a healthy, complete smile. At The Dailey Center, implant planning begins with a detailed evaluation of your anatomy, bone structure, bite, health history, and goals so treatment can be planned with precision from the start.

Better known as All-On-X, full-arch implant treatment can restore an entire upper or lower smile with a stable, implant-supported solution. In many cases, patients can have failing teeth removed and leave with an implant-supported smile the same day. For those seeking a fixed alternative to missing or failing teeth, full-arch treatment can dramatically improve comfort, function, appearance, and confidence.

Bone grafting helps rebuild or preserve bone structure needed for future implant placement and long-term stability. The Dailey Center offers grafting techniques that may include socket preservation, ridge augmentation, and sinus augmentation, depending on the patient’s anatomy and treatment plan.

Surgical Care

A woman with long dark hair sits in a dentist chair, looking at the camera. Dental equipment and a sink are visible in the background.

Wisdom tooth removal is one of the most common oral surgery procedures, but every case deserves careful planning. Dr. Dailey evaluates tooth position, root development, nerve proximity, infection risk, and sedation needs to create a treatment plan designed for safety, comfort, and smooth recovery.

For impacted teeth that are unable to erupt naturally, exposure and bonding procedures help guide the tooth into proper position as part of an orthodontic treatment plan. Our team coordinates closely with your orthodontist to support an efficient and well-planned result.

Extractions may be recommended for teeth affected by pain, infection, fracture, periodontal disease, or restorative failure. When appropriate, Dr. Dailey also evaluates whether bone preservation, grafting, or future implant planning should be part of the same treatment strategy.

Hard and soft tissue biopsies allow for early diagnosis and treatment planning of oral pathology and other abnormalities. When a lesion, growth, or area of concern is identified, timely evaluation can provide clarity and guide the appropriate next step.

Sedation & Comfort
Options

A woman lies back while a healthcare professional places a nitrous oxide (laughing gas) mask over her nose, likely preparing her for a dental or medical procedure.

IV sedation may be available for appropriate candidates to help patients remain comfortable and relaxed during treatment. Patients receiving IV sedation must be accompanied by a responsible adult and follow all peri-operative instructions.

Nitrous oxide offers mild relaxation for patients with dental anxiety and typically allows patients to resume normal activities shortly after treatment.

Oral sedation may be recommended for pediatric or anxious patients who would benefit from an additional level of relaxation during treatment.

TMJ Treatments &
Facial Pain Relief

TMJ-related symptoms can include jaw pain, headaches, facial discomfort, clenching, clicking, or limited jaw movement. Treatment recommendations are personalized based on the underlying cause and may include conservative therapy, Botox, PRF, or other supportive options when appropriate.

Botox reduces tension and pain in the jaw by blocking nerves where the muscle is injected, preventing additional strain on the jaw and chronic pain. Used as a supplemental therapy, botox can be a great pain management treatment for patients suffering from TMJ pain.

Myofascial pain treatment focuses on muscle-related sources of facial pain and tension. Our goal is to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and address contributing factors whenever possible.

Pain originating from the teeth or surrounding structures may be related to infection, decay, fracture, trauma, or inflammation. We evaluate the source of pain carefully and recommend treatment based on diagnosis, urgency, and long-term prognosis.

Regenerative & Recovery-Focused Care

A man with a beard receives an injection in his scalp from a person wearing black gloves, possibly for a hair treatment, in a medical or clinic setting.

Platelet-Rich Fibrin, or PRF, is derived from the patient’s own blood and may be used during surgery to support healing, help reduce post-operative inflammation, and enhance the body’s natural recovery process.

PRF can be used in select aesthetic applications to support collagen production, skin quality, and a refreshed appearance using the body’s own growth factors.

For patients experiencing hair thinning or loss, PRF may be used to deliver concentrated growth factors to the scalp in support of follicle activity and gradual, natural-looking improvement.

Intravenous hydration and nutrient support may be incorporated into select treatment plans to promote comfort, recovery, and overall wellness before or after surgery. Advanced regenerative therapies may be available for select patients based on clinical indications.

Pediatric Treatments

A young girl sits in a dental chair with her mouth open while a dentist wearing blue gloves examines her teeth in a brightly lit clinic.

For pediatric patients that have problems with impacted teeth, exposing the tooth and bracketing so it erupts properly is imperative to a healthy bite. It is important to address issues caused by impacted teeth at an early age, as eruption is less likely to occur naturally as the patient ages.

In order to achieve a healthy bite, certain cases may benefit from tooth extraction before orthodontic treatment. Typically, the premolars are recommended for removal to create space in crowded mouths and improper bites without affecting overall structure and function.
